Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from PURSUANCE.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we offer exchanges depending on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
